In case you weren't aware, today is Wednesday. And what do certain people do on Wednesdays? Well, they go to the MTC! And it just so happens that I will be this certain kind of person in just two weeks. From today, to be exact. For the most part I'm prepared. I have my room all packed up. I have purchased all of my clothing (the best part of it all really :), I'm making a couple of skirts to take with me and eventually I'll make a dress. After that, I'm good to go.
Sometimes I get a glimpse of what I think missionary work will be like and I get very excited. Other times I realize that I'm going to be COMPLETELY removed from everything and I get a little bit apprehensive. Mostly I'm excited. But, to keep my sanity through out this whole thing I just try to stay busy. I'm ready to leave so early because I've been putting myself to bed with my checklists. "I need this and this and this...." it's my new version of counting sheep. I feel so on top of things! It's great.
