1:50 AM and I'm Still Awake.... Why?

I seem to have found myself in a bizarre cycle as of late... or as of the past few years. Here's the story for tonight, or this morning (however you want to look at it). I was ready for bed by ten PM and instead of sleeping, I decided to read. And then when I finished my book I decided to Facebook and then Blog and then who knows what else! So here is my question: Why do I find the need to stay up late when I do nothing productive and it would be more conducive to my health to just go to bed? On the bright side, the book I read was actually pretty good, which is more than I can say for the past few books I've read. But seriously!! I need to sleep!!!

Peter Breinholt

For my Management class, we have to do a huge project. If we raise 1,000 dollars for the SEED project we can get out of the final. My friend's group got Peter Breinholt to come play for us at the University. I've never heard him before, but we was amazing! It was such a fun concert and I'm really glad I went. I encourage everyone to listen to at least some of his music in your life. It's really good stuff.

Halloween Baskets

Our Easter baskets are stuck in storage with the rest of everything we own. So this year for Easter, we improvised a little bit.

Yes, they're trick-or-treating baskets. Happy Hallow-Easter!!

The Month of My Birth

My birthday, as many of you know, is March 27th. Normally, the celebration lasts only a few days, a week tops. This year, however, I celebrated it for the entire month of March and part of April. To kick it off, was a combined party for Chann, me and Klark. Then Jessica took me to breakfast and we went to the Colorfest.

The next day was the family party. Later in the week my Logan friends took me out to dinner and games. Then today grandma took me and dad to El Sol for my birthday meal. Oh boy, I love my birthday, but this year has been a bit much. Grandma has a card with the ten steps to prolonging your birthday. The list includes trick candles, musical chairs without stopping the music, faking amnesia, making people guess your birthday wish, making people fulfilling your wish, and saying "One more time!" after each round of Happy Birthday. I feel like this card describes my birthday completely. Not that I'm complaining, I just find it rather entertaining.

For my birthday I received running clothes, a cute Aggie shirt, a dress and purse, a wedding book, the fifth Fablehaven book, lotion, Confessions of a Shopaholic, a lamp- mug-stand-chinese umbrella (not all the same item, but from the same person) and many other incredible gifts. Thank you every one for the presents and birthday wishes. Overall, being twenty is great. Except now that I'm 20, apparently I'm required to actually do my hair when I go out in public.

So happy birthday to me, and happy wishes to the rest of the world!! Love you all.

Colorfest: Round 2

This year the Colorfest fell directly on my birthday. Colored chalk flew even before the festivities began and we were covered the moment we entered the perimeter. It was just me, Jess and Klark, but it was super fun.
