First of all, I've never made an entire pie, from scratch on my own. So I decided to make a pie or two for the Relief Society Broadcast. It was fun, and a learning experience. Of course, if I were being completely honest, I'd admit that I called my mom about 100 times for advice and help (thank you for that, by the way), but ultimately... I did the actual baking. I am so proud of myself!! Granted, I forgot to turn down the heat from 400 to 350, but I think my apple pie turned out some what decently. And my banana cream is runny, but still looks yummy. So now I have the experience under my belt and I can learn from my mistakes.
