Ode to my Beautiful Best Friends.

I have some pretty incredible, gorgeous girls in my life. I love them all so much and I miss them terribly. So this is my tribute to their beautiful faces, and their beautiful attributes.

Megan "Mo" Magleby: Best friend in high school. Taught me to be nice to people I don't like very much.

Jessica Dee Major: Best friend since childhood. Taught me not to judge people for their mistakes.

Loa Chantelle Thompson: Best friend since summer after graduation. Taught me to look for the beauty in my surroundings.

These girls are gorgeous inside and out. They are the BEST best friends I could ask for. I also have some incredible guys in my life.

Jordan Michael Priest: Best friend since I dated him. Taught me that it's ok to be me, and that I am a love-able person.

Phillip Neibaur: Best friend since my earliest days. Taught me the importance of service and the the true meaning of always being a good friend.

Brunette!!!

Hey everyone, look! I'm a brunette! Yes, this happened like two weeks ago and it's taken me FOREVER to finally get it up, but here it is. I think I look pretty good with brown hair.

Ducks

Earlier this week Annette, Cambrie and I all went for a bike ride. The trail we took was super pretty and relatively easy, which was nice because I'm super out of shape. On our way back we stopped to feed the ducks.

I don't think those ducks/geese even remember how to find their own food, they're fed so much bread by people. If the world had a yeast shortage, those ducks would probably die. They were fun to watch, though. Some were different colors and some were very unique.

I wish I had a better zoom on my camera so I could have really captured the different colors on their wings, instead of the non-descriptive, brown blobs they are from far away.

Allentown- Drum Corps International Comp.

My friend Josh is part of the DCI and has been traveling all over the country this summer competing against the other Corps. Yesterday he performed in Allentown, PA which is only an hour away from Philly so I decided to go see him. The group he is in is called The Troopers, and they're centered in Cody, Wyoming. This year their show was named Western Side Story, which is funny because Wyoming is in the West. Anyway, the show was awesome.

It made me miss my days in marching band, but it was still really fun to see all the corps compete. After the show we ate some pizza at this crazy little restaurant and spent some good time laughing.

I have decided that seeing my friends from Utah in PA, of all places, is one of my new favorite things.
