St. George

A couple weeks ago my girls and I went to St. George for Jessica's birthday.

We hiked, we swam, we shopped, we flirted and most importantly, we laughed. It was so much fun. Jessica's parents let us use their condo time share so we had a pretty nice place to stay. Lucky us, Zion's was only 45 minutes away so we could go hiking to Weeping Rock and Hidden Canyon. Now, all us girls love to act so we're not afraid to be caught doing funny things. Which is why we took pictures of a billy goat gruff reinactment. Jessica and I were the trolls under the bridge and Cassie, Tanika, and Chann were the poor hikers we ate. Yum Yum.

After hiking, we got ready for a night out on the town and went to Chili's in honor of tradition. We looked hot! As we walked by all these guy waiters shamelessly checked us out. And oh gads, the bar tender was attractive (no, none of us drink. We just happened to notice him over at the bar). His name is Andy and he's from Texas. Our waitress rocked and went along with our scheme to get a picture of Andy. She used Jessica as an excuse.

On our way out, Jess and I took pictures by this crazy wire sculpture yard. These things covered the entire yard! We asked permission of course, and the lady was very gracious about letting us.

It was such a fun weekend and I'm glad I got to spend it with my girls.
Jessica stuck her head out the window on a dare, while we were going 80. It was raining. She thought it was hilarious, even though she was yelling "ow!ow!" the whole time.

Still Alive

I realize I haven't posted in awhile, so I just thought I'd write and let you all know I'm still alive. Life is good, I'm stuck in Limbo between job, school and moving so for now I'm just playing and donating plasma. My online classes are great, I didn't do so hot on either of my last tests which means I need to start actually reading the books... :) But they're almost finished and I'm looking forward to that. The plan is to move to Philly July 6th, just in time for Cambrie's birthday. I need to get her present finished, and Annette's and my mom's and dad's father day present and Jessica's, Hannah's ... I'm really behind on a lot of things right now. You'd think I could keep up on all of it with my free schedule, but doing nothing is time consuming. Just kidding. My goal for today is to be busy doing something so when I go to bed tonight I will fall asleep nice and easy instead of feeling restless from inactivity. Well, I've rambled enough. Now you know for sure that I'm still alive.
